Job Description
Billing & Payments: Processing customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Cash Management: Handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely, ensuring a balance of the register at shift end.
Customer Service: Providing polite service at the billing counter and resolving customer queries regarding purchases.
Goods Receiving: Accurately verify incoming vendor goods against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Challans.
GRN Generation: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the system and ensure timely updating of inventory systems.
Quality/Quantity Control: Check for damages, expiry dates, and count accuracy before accepting stock.
System Documentation: Update registers for MRP changes, Service Price (SP) changes, rate changes, and maintain barcode registers.
Compliance: Maintain documentation for audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
