Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Work Schedule & Environment

 Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (General Shift)

 Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off

 Work Setting: 100% Fieldwork (On-site installations across local project sites)

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

 Gender: Male (Due to physical nature of work, heavy lifting, and climbing)

 Age Limit: No age limit (Open to all capable individuals)

 Experience Level: Open to both Freshers and Experienced professionals

 Educational Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree / Any relevant

technical qualification

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities

1. Cable Laying & Routing

 Pull, route, and neatly lay network cables (Cat5e, Cat6) and power cables.

 Install cables through PVC conduits, casing-capping, ceilings, wall channels, or

underground pipes.

 Keep cable runs clean, bundled, and hidden safely from public view.

2. CCTV Camera Setup & Mounting

 Securely mount bullet, dome, and PTZ cameras onto walls, pillars, ceilings, or poles.

 Adjust camera angles physically according to layout requirements.

 Fix outdoor junction boxes to weatherproof camera connections.

3. Basic Electrical Work

 Fix electrical casings, switchboards, and power sockets safely.

 Perform clean wire stripping, splicing, and basic power terminations.

 Mount central hardware components, including DVR/NVR metal racks and power supply

boxes.

4. On-Site Support & Training

 Work closely under the supervisor to execute the given layout plan.

 Assist in final technical setups (testing cables, testing camera video feeds).

 Learn configuration steps as guided by the team lead on site.

Required Skills & Key Competencies

 Tool Operation: Must know how to handle standard tools (Drill machines, wall cutters,

screwdrivers, hammers, wire strippers).

 Physical Fitness: Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and handle active fieldwork

throughout the day.

 Locality Familiarity: Candidates living in or near Tambaram, Madambakkam, Selaiyur,

or Camp Road will be highly preferred for easy commuting.

 Soft Skills: Ability to understand instructions clearly, punctual attendance, and polite

behaviour on customer sites.
