Job Description
- Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Student Counselling & AdmissionsCounsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, certifications, and placements.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone enquiries, and online leads.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student follow-up records.
- Guide students in selecting suitable career paths.
- 2. Center Operations ManagementManage daily operations of the training center.
- Ensure classrooms, labs, and infrastructure are maintained properly.
- Monitor attendance of students and staff.
- Maintain discipline and professional environment inside the center.
- Coordinate batch schedules and classroom allocation.
- 3. Lead Management & Marketing SupportHandle leads generated through Meta Ads, website, social media, and campaigns.
- Perform regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Coordinate promotional activities and seminars.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and admission drives.
- 4. Student Relationship ManagementMaintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Address student concerns and provide proper solutions.
- Monitor student satisfaction and training feedback.
- Support students throughout the training process.
- 5. Administrative ResponsibilitiesMaintain admission records and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Manage fee collection follow-ups.
- Maintain inventory and center assets.
- Coordinate with trainers and placement team.
- 6. Team CoordinationCoordinate with faculty/trainers regarding schedules and student progress.
- Support placement activities and interview coordination.
- Conduct staff meetings and operational reviews.
