• Job Description:Prepare and manage food production as per company standards.
• Handle assigned kitchen section independently and efficiently.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistency.
• Supervise kitchen helpers and junior staff.
• Monitor stock usage and minimize wastage.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
• Follow recipes, portion control, and operational procedures.
