Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced Outlet Chef to join our team in South ( Chennai/ Bangalore ).


📍 Location:Chennai/Bangalore

💼 Position: Chef De Partie/Outlet Chef

💰 Salary: 30K to 36K + Service Charge (Based on experience & interview performance).


Eligibility:

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead and manage the kitchen team

✔️ Ensure consistent food quality and presentation

✔️ Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

✔️ Inventory Management & Stock Control

✔️ Food Costing, Cost Analysis & Cost Control

✔️ Store Management, Stock Planning & Material Requisition

✔️ Monitor daily consumption and minimize wastage

✔️ Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team

✔️ Proven experience in team handling and kitchen operations
