Job Description
- Prepare and cook authentic Bangalore cuisine dishes such as:
- Bisi Bele Bath
- Vangi Bath
- Kesar Bath, etc.,
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes.
- Manage and supervise Commis chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Maintain mise en place and ensure readiness for service.
- Monitor food stock, control wastage, and assist in inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Assist in menu planning and new dish development.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations.
