Full job description
- Collecting and analyzing customer data
- Using CRM systems to manage relationships
- Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
- Handling customer complaints
- Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
- Creating and executing retention campaigns
- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
- Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customers
- Extensive product knowledge
- Ability to collaborate well with other customer care team members
- Analytical and data-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Technology skills in CRM software
- Respond to customer queries promptly
- Work well with others to implement CRM strategies
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written skills for client-facing tasks.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail in managing documents and tracking client journeys.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years experience in real estate sales, customer service, or CRM management.
Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation
