  • Collecting and analyzing customer data
  • Using CRM systems to manage relationships
  • Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
  • Creating and executing retention campaigns
  • Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customers
  • Extensive product knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate well with other customer care team members
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
  • Technology skills in CRM software
  • Respond to customer queries promptly
  • Work well with others to implement CRM strategies

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written skills for client-facing tasks.
  • Organization: Strong attention to detail in managing documents and tracking client journeys.
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years experience in real estate sales, customer service, or CRM management.

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation
