🎯 Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Tele Executive to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and support sales for our construction services. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining our services, and converting enquiries into site visits and projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• 🏠 Explain construction services, packages, and project details clearly
• 📞 Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on existing leads
• 🎯 Generate and qualify leads for site visits and consultations
• 📅 Schedule meetings between clients and sales/technical team
• 📊 Maintain call records, lead status, and daily reports
• 🤝 Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
• 📢 Handle inbound enquiries from ads, website, and social media
• 🔁 Follow up regularly to convert leads into confirmed projects
• ✅ RequirementsGood communication skills in Tamil & English
• Basic knowledge of sales or customer handling
• Experience in telecalling / real estate / construction (preferred)
• Ability to convince and handle objections
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Qualification - Any Degree / Diploma
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
