Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer relationships from booking to property registration.
  • Collect and verify all customer KYC and required documents.
  • Prepare and maintain booking forms, agreements, and customer records.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Legal, Finance, and Registration teams.
  • Follow up with customers for payments, documentation, and registration schedules.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate loan processing with banks, if applicable.
  • Schedule and support property registration activities.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and legally compliant.
  • Provide post-registration support, including handing over documents.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
