Continuous evaluation and enhancement of software components are also integral to the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to maintain project transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Ability to develop Lightning Web Components with a focus on performance and user experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform tools and best practices for software development and deployment.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Salesforce environments.
- Understanding of integration techniques between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
