- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Field Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in customizing software solutions to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with integration of applications with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software products.
