Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 


Handling the plant quality control activities includes , implementation and maintenance of QMS throughout the plant , Customer handling for quality related queries, regular customer visits , Customer complaint handling, Supplier audit, internal rejection reduction, reduction of COPQ, maintaining TS 16949 system, Customer audit, NPD quality, PPAP, FMEA, CP, PFMEA, Poka yoke , training of quality team, Supervising and reviewing daily activities of QMS, working in the Quality lab , MSA, Gauge R&R Cost saving, Kaizens, inward , in process and PDI inspections, OPL , quality alert etc

Key responsibilities

  1. Execution of In-process /PDI/Inward Inspection as per Quality plan / control plan / SOP
  2. Responsible to monitor the component quality through periodic inspection
  3. Daily Rejection Monitoring & Disposal as per SOP
  4. Should work on Rotation shifts

Key Skills 

  1. Auto component manufacturing plant QMS 
  2. Certified internal auditor for TS 16949 
  3. Strong believer of QMS
