Custom Software Engineer
Project Role : Custom Software EngineerProject Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of the clients while adhering to best practices in software development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Financial Accounting Core, Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and methodologies.
- Experience in application development using various programming languages.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
