Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within the SAP environment.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to work with SAP HANA database technologies.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SAP ABAP environments.
- Experience in collaborating with functional teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and delivery of business needs.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
