Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Tele-Calling & Sales: Make high-volume daily calls (100+) to prospects for gold loans and cross-sell other financial products to achieve branch targets.
- Customer Service: Address walk-in customer queries, handle complaints, and provide information on products and services efficiently.
- Operational Support: Perform front-office duties, including customer documentation, database management, and ensuring adherence to company procedures.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Reporting: Prepare MIS reports for the Branch Manager regarding daily calling and sales activities.
