We are hiring TELECALLERS & TEAM LEADERS FOR BANK LOAN COLLECTION PROCESS LOCATED AT SHENOY NAGAR
- SALARY
- For Tele callers Rs. 15000 to Rs.20000 plus Incentives based on Performance
- For Team Leaders Rs. 22000 to Rs. 27000 plus Incentives based on Performance
- EXPERIENCE
- For Team leaders Min 1 year with DRA Must
- Candidates should know multi language is added advantage
- Both Genders are allowed to apply
- Education-Minimum 10th - Graduation
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue payments.
- Remind customers of due dates and outstanding balances in a professional manner.
- Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collection of dues.
- Update customer interaction details and payment status in the system.
- Explain billing details, charges, and account information clearly to customers.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments, bills, or account discrepancies.
- Identify skip/defaulter cases and escalate them to the supervisor when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during communication.
