Telecaller (Loan Process)
Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive
Department: Sales / Calling
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call customers from provided leads database
- Explain loan products (PL / BL / Credit Card)
- Generate leads and fix appointments
- Follow up with customers for document collection
- Maintain call records and daily reports
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Skills Required:
- Good communication (Tamil + English preferred)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Experience:
- Fresher / 0–2 years
