Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong computer knowledge, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently from pre-sales inquiries to post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospects and customers professionally via email and other communication channels.
  • Handle pre-sales inquiries by providing accurate product information and guidance.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and effectively with a customer-focused approach.
  • Process customer orders from confirmation through production and delivery.
  • Coordinate customization details accurately with the production team.
  • Ensure smooth follow-up on orders, dispatch, and delivery updates.
  • Maintain clear and organized communication records.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer support, sales coordination, or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling international customers.
  • Knowledge of order processing and coordination.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations professionally and courteously.
