Job Description

Role: Customer Support Associate


Languages Required: Fluent Malayalam or Kannada (and basic English)


What you will do:


  • Answer customer calls and solve their doubts politely.
  • Help customers with their problems regarding our services.
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers.
  • Record the details of the calls in the computer.


Who can apply?

  • Must be able to speak Malayalam,Telugu and Kannada.
  • Should have a helpful attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge is needed.
