* Onboard new leads/customers and explain the product or service clearly.
* Verify customer details and register them in the app.
* Follow up with customers to maintain good relationships and encourage repeat business.
* Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and support the team.
* Build strong customer relationships to secure consistent business.
* Coordinate with internal teams and transporters to secure loads.
* Handle tasks efficiently under pressure and meet assigned deadlines.
