Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with Enterprise, Government, and Education sector clients.
- Communicate with customers regarding our managed services, including Zoho, Dcare, AMC, and SLA offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
- Handle client inquiries, service requests, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow up with customers for service renewals, AMC renewals, and contract extensions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospective and existing clients when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update activities in Zoho CRM.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional support.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and renewals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service-related documentation as required.
- Stay updated on the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
