Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with prior BPO blended process experience to manage customer interactions through calls, chats, emails, and support coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution and service updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Follow company communication guidelines and process standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
- Support customers with appointment scheduling, service requests, and basic troubleshooting.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO blended process (Voice + Non-Voice).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software tools.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
