Role Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for Backend Sales operations who can effectively handle customer interactions over calls, WhatsApp, and emails. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Tamil and English and have strong computer proficiency, especially in MS Office and email management.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Provide timely and professional support to customers.
• Maintain customer records and update information accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
• Ensure smooth backend sales support and customer satisfaction.

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Timely response and closure of customer queries.
• Customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Accuracy in maintaining records and reports.
• Adherence to communication standards.
• Productivity and turnaround time.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Good computer working knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong email drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp-based customer support.

Preferred skills

• Previous experience in customer support or backend sales.

• Basic CRM knowledge will be an added advantage
