About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Data Analyst to join our Consumption Domain team. This role is essential for maintaining seamless operations, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dashboard management, incident tracking, and cross-domain coordination to enhance workflow efficiency and resolution processes. 

This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to shaping the foundation of the domain. 

      

Responsibilities 

  • Monitoring Process Statuses – Assist in tracking Red, Amber, and Green (RAG) statuses to support reporting and escalation. Support reporting activities to ensure visibility into process health. 

  • Dashboard Support – Monitor E2E (end to end) process on the dashboard to ensure smooth subscription creation and delivery process. Provide reporting support to highlight breakages in workflow trends. 

  • Turnaround Time (TAT) Tracking – Monitor TATs and work with senior team members to follow up on delays. Collaborating Across Domains to Address Escalations 

  • Quality Checks – Support workflow reviews to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with process guidelines. Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with established processes 

  • Incident Coordination – Assist in documenting and escalating incidents across domains for timely resolution. Provide support in cross-team coordination for quick incident resolution. 

  • Process Documentation – Contribute to structured reporting and maintain records to support process integrity. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 

  • 0–2 years of experience in process management, data analytics, or related areas (internship or project experience is acceptable). 

  • Basic understanding of data handling and workflow management. 

  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or other data analysis platforms is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. 

  • Good communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration. 

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple ongoing activities. 

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve processes.
