Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can turn business data into clear reports, dashboards, and insights. The role involves working closely with sales, marketing, CRM, finance, and operations teams to track performance, identify gaps, and support decision-making.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and organize data from CRM, sales, purchase, finance, and marketing systems
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Build dashboards for sales targets, lead conversion, customer retention, and revenue tracking
• Analyze customer behavior, purchase trends, and campaign performance
• Track KPIs across departments and highlight deviations
• Prepare management reports and presentations
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper records
• Work with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and BI platforms
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
• Good understanding of SQL
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Zoho Analytics
• Data cleaning and reporting skills
• Basic business understanding (sales, finance, operations)
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Commerce / Engineering / Computer Science
• 1–3 years experience in Data Analysis / MIS / Business Analyst role
• Experience in retail / finance / gold / NBFC industry is a plus
