Job Overview: We are hiring a Data Entry Operator (DEO) with hands-on experience in warehouse operations to manage daily logistics activities and maintain accurate operational records.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (inbound and outbound)
• Supervise picking, packing, dispatch, and loading/unloading processes
• Ensure inventory accuracy and perform regular stock reconciliation
• Manage and lead warehouse staff (pickers, loaders, helpers)
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
• Maintain daily MIS reports and operational records
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Mandatory experience in team handling
• Basic understanding of inventory management and dispatch processes
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and/or ERP systems (preferred)
• Candidates from Vapi or nearby locations preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
