As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The Data Modeler plays a vital role in bridging the gap between business goals and technical implementation by translating complex requirements into structured data solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure data models meet both current and future business needs through proactive planning and design.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in data requirements.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth and team effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data models that support complex business processes.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data requirements and translate them into effective data structures.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate data models with application design and architecture.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and ensuring data quality and consistency across models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in data modeling and provide innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
