- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize database performance and ensure high availability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align database strategies with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infosys Finacle.
- Experience in database installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of database backup, recovery, and security practices.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex database issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline database management tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Infosys Finacle.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
