Datacenter Operations & IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager
Experience: 8–15 Years
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Datacenter Operations including rack & stack activities, server hardware management, structured cabling, power management, asset tracking, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Lead IT Infrastructure Projects involving server deployment, migration, upgrades, virtualization, cloud integration, and datacenter modernization initiatives.
- Oversee Windows/Linux servers, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and network infrastructure operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, OEMs, and stakeholders for project execution and operational support.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Management.
- Drive SLA compliance, capacity planning, risk mitigation, governance, and operational excellence.

- ITIL Framework & Service Delivery
Preferred
- Experience managing enterprise datacenters and infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud environments.
- ITIL, PMP, VMware, Microsoft, or Cloud certifications preferred.
