What you can look forward to as Deputy Manager - Maintenance (m/f/d):

Conduct Root cause analysis for breakdown and take corrective action (TPM)
Carrying out audits for proper maintenance of machine and provide necessary guidance
Implement PM, TBM & CBM activities as per plan.
Maintain machine history, preventive maintenance records
Instruments calibration, Spare part planning. Provide resource of Men, Material and tools. Recondition machines, when required. Installation and erection of new machines and Equipment

Your profile as Deputy Manager - Maintenance (m/f/d):

Coordination of various activities for quick resolution of machine breakdowns
Maintenance knowledge in CNC, PLC, SPM based machines and assembly Test rigs
CNC Spindle and Ball screw assembly
Assembly test rig and equipment’s maintenance.
Preventive , Time based, and condition based maintenance techniques
