Job Description

🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects


  • Generate quality leads through Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
  • Manage social media pages and post regular content
  • Handle lead generation campaigns for plots, villas, and apartments
  • Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead (CPL)
  • Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up and performance tracking
  • Create ad creatives, captions, and marketing content
  • Manage WhatsApp and landing page campaigns


🛠 Required SkillsBasic knowledge of digital ads (Meta & Google)


  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies
  • Good communication skills (Tamil & English)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
