Sales & Marketing Executive

Cariz Musicals is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in music and musical instruments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in helping customers choose the right instruments and accessories while ensuring a welcoming and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting musical instruments and accessories
• Demonstrate product features and provide basic guidance on instrument usage
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including guitars, keyboards, drums, and audio equipment
• Handle billing, payments, and invoicing accurately
• Manage stock levels and assist in inventory control
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support promotional activities and sales campaigns
• Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred (music store experience is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of musical instruments and passion for music
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills for billing and inventory systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to play at least one musical instrument
• Experience in music-related sales or customer service
