Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to drive quality inquiries for construction projects
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) for maximum ROI
- Handle end-to-end social media management (posting, engagement, growth strategies)
- Shoot and create property photos & videos for marketing campaigns
- Perform video editing for reels, ads, and promotional content
- Design creative posters and marketing creatives
- Write engaging scripts for videos and ad campaigns
- Create compelling content for social media and websites
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility
- Website updating
- Manage SMO activities to enhance brand presence across platforms
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Lead Generation
- Experience in Social Media Handling & Content Planning
- Skills in video shooting & editing
- Proficiency in graphic designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Good understanding of SEO & SMO techniques
- Excellent communication and content writing skills
- Creative thinking and ability to work independently
Must Have:
