Job title: DIRECT SALES OFFICER

Experience:

6 months - 2 years of relevant experience in sales

Educational Qualification: 12th Pass r Any Graduate

Language: English, Hindi, Local Language Preferred

Salary: 25,000  - 30,000/-

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Ø  Find new business opportunities

and customers {1000 installation in 3 months} [Installation means New

cylinders given to new counter plus additional new cylinder given to existing

counter. Installation will be reduced by the no of cylinder picked up if a

counter is closed or a counter returns empty against which refill is not supplied].

Ø  Contact potential customers to

showcase company products or services

Ø  Develop New market and hand

over existing clients to commercial manager for service

Ø  Negotiate prices and terms with

customers

Ø  Work with other team members to

ensure customer satisfaction

Ø  Work on retention of customers

if any

Ø  To ensure that agreement is

executed before first delivery.

Ø  To ensure that customer is

on-boarded in ME App and KYC documents are uploaded in App.

Ø  Ensure that to, on-board only

those counter whose consumption is more than 7 cylinders in a month and

minimum 3 rotations are ensured.
