Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Description:

Velan Stores is looking for a smart, responsible, and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to support our growing online business.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and coordinate with vendors for fulfillment.

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, and email.

• Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers.

• Coordinate with courier partners and vendors.

• Manage returns, replacements, and customer complaints.

• Update product listings, pricing, and inventory when required.

• Maintain operational records using Excel and Google Sheets.

• Support daily e-commerce operations and ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate (Preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations

• Experience in e-commerce, customer support, Shopify, Amazon, or Flipkart is an added advantage

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
