Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design electrical circuits for industrial automation machines.

Prepare electrical schematics, power and control circuit diagrams.

Design MCC panels, control panels, and terminal arrangements.

Develop Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Panel GA drawings, field wiring drawings, and cable schedules.

Prepare Electrical Bill of Materials (BOM), IO Lists, Junction Box drawings, and As-Built drawings.

Select suitable electrical components including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo Drives, Servo Motors, Safety PLCs, Relays, Contactors, Circuit Breakers, Sensors, Encoders, and Industrial Networking devices.

Ensure designs comply with IS, IEC, Panel Design, Machine Safety, and CE standards (preferred).

Coordinate with Mechanical Design, PLC Programming, Procurement, and Production teams.

Support panel assembly, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and site commissioning activities.

Provide technical support during project execution and troubleshooting.
