As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services focused on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. This role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying key value drivers. The advisor also plays a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive impactful technology initiatives is a central aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control frameworks and security policies within enterprise platforms.
- Experience in designing and implementing role-based security models and segregation of duties.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks related to human capital management systems.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and audit processes in the context of Workday security.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security issues to maintain system integrity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
