• Overall, 8-12 years of IT experience including 5+ experience on any BPM technology and minimum 2 implementations on Camunda BPM
• 5+ years of Expertise in Java, J2EE, Webservices (SOAP and REST), Spring (core, boot, batch and MVC), Hibernate.
• Good experience in writing queries and stored procedures on Oracle.
• 5+ experience on BPM technology architecture and solution design
• CI/CD configuration and deployment on public cloud environments.
• Should be technically strong and hand-on Camunda technology stack implementations
• Excellent knowledge on integration frameworks
• Able to understand business requirements and drive architecture, solution and design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to drive agreement on technology architecture.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, creates modular design and ability to create re-usable artifacts to drive efficiency.
• Mentor technical leads
• Architecture Formulation and Finalization
• Code Review against the Business and Functional
• Experience in UI Development (Preferable)ss
