Factory Worker

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor uPVC extrusion lines or fabrication machines (cutting, welding, milling) to produce windows, doors, or profiles.
• Setup and Calibration: Set up machine parameters (temperature, speed, pressure) based on production requirements.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished profiles or fabricated parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and quality standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or processing issues, conducting basic maintenance.
• Safety and Maintenance: Ensure a clean work environment, adhere to safety guidelines (PPE), and manage raw materials.
• Documentation: Maintain daily production logs, material consumption records, and reports. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: ITI, Diploma in Mechanical/Plastic Engineering, or relevant technical experience.
• Experience: Usually 1–3 years of experience in uPVC extrusion or window fabrication.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work long hours in a manufacturing environment, often in shifts. [1, 2]
