Field Collection Executive

Job Summary:The Collection Executive is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable from clients, ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate records, and reducing bad debts. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle sensitive financial matters professionally.

• Key Responsibilities:Contact customers via phone, email, or in person to collect outstanding payments
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients
• Resolve billing issues and discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
• Prepare reports on collection status and aging analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Escalate unresolved accounts to senior management when necessary
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Preferred Skills:Experience in debt recovery or credit control
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
