Job Title: Field Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and people-oriented Field Recruiter to join our team. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates directly from various locations such as campuses, job fairs, and local communities. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships quickly, and a proactive approach to meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-ground recruitment activities in assigned locations
• Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, campus drives, and local events
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
• Promote the company brand and job opportunities in the local market
• Maintain records of candidate interactions and recruitment data
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in recruitment, field sales, or similar role is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Networking and relationship-building skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and databases

Work Environment: This is a field-based role requiring regular travel and interaction with candidates in various locations.
