Field Collection Executive

1. Collection Executive – Chennai

Location: Chennai ( Tambaram, Adyar, ambatrur, parrys )

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Allowances + Incentives

Role Summary:

Responsible for collecting overdue payments from customers through field visits and tele-calling while maintaining professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers for overdue payments via calls and field visits

Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets

Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely closures

Update collection status in system on a daily basis

Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues when required

Maintain discipline and compliance during customer interactions

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

0–3 years experience (Freshers can apply)

Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred (for field role)

Basic Tamil communication is mandatory; English is a plus

Willingness to travel within Chennai

2. Team Leader – Collections (Chennai)

Location: Chennai

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing a team of collection executives and ensuring achievement of team targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of collection executives

Allocate cases and track daily performance

Ensure achievement of team collection targets

Train and motivate team members to improve productivity

Handle escalated cases and critical customers

Monitor field activities and ensure discipline

Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports

Requirements:

3–5 years experience in collections with team handling

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good knowledge of local areas in Chennai

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

3. Branch Manager – Collections (Chennai)

Location: Chennai

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end collection operations for the branch and ensuring overall portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive collection strategies across all delinquency buckets

Manage team leaders and executives for target achievement

Monitor branch collection performance and portfolio quality

Handle high-value and critical recovery cases

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

Coordinate with legal and operations teams

Prepare and present branch performance reports

Requirements:

0–10 years experience in collections

Proven experience in team and branch handling

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Good knowledge of Chennai market and recovery practices
