Job Description

We are a leading risk management and investigation agency looking for sharp, detail-oriented, and experienced Insurance Claims Investigators. You will be responsible for verifying the authenticity of life, health, and motor insurance claims to detect and prevent fraud.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field verifications, hospital visits, and accidental spot checks.

Interview claimants, witnesses, doctors, and local authorities to gather facts.

Collect and verify genuine documents (medical records, FIRs, driving licenses, death certificates).

Analyze discrepancies in claims and submit comprehensive, unbiased investigation reports with photographic/video evidence.

Maintain a strict timeline for case closures.

Open Locations & Vacancies

We are hiring for multiple districts across these states. Local candidates with geographic knowledge will be highly preferred.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years in Insurance Claims Investigation (Health, Life, or Motor). Freshers with a background in criminology, defense, or private investigation may apply.

Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, Criminology background is a plus).

Skills: Excellent interviewing skills, local language fluency (Tamil or Malayalam), and basic English reporting skills.

Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone with a good camera for field visits.
