Job Title: Field Recruiter - Retail

Job Summary:

The Field Recruiter will manage bulk hiring for fashion and lifestyle retail stores, sourcing candidates for customer-facing roles such as sales associates and store staff. The role focuses on hiring candidates with good grooming, communication, and sales aptitude through on-ground activities and local sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hiring drives at malls, high streets, and retail clusters
• Screen candidates for grooming standards, communication skills, and customer interaction ability
• Coordinate with store managers for interviews and quick closures
• Organize walk-in interviews and bulk hiring events
• Source profiles from nearby colleges, retail training institutes, and local networks
• Ensure candidates meet brand standards (appearance, attitude, sales skills)
• Handle onboarding and documentation (ID proof, bank details, etc.)
• Maintain daily hiring trackers and reports

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills (basic English + local language)
• Good understanding of fashion retail and customer service

Qualifications:

• Any graduate
• 1+ years of experience in retail hiring, field recruitment, or retail sales

Preferred Experience:

• Hiring for fashion brands (apparel, footwear, accessories)
• Exposure to mall hiring or premium retail environments
• Understanding of retail KPIs like conversion, upselling, and customer engagement

Other Requirements:

• Open to traveling across multiple malls and store locations
• Available to work on weekends, as they are peak retail days
• Preference for candidates with a two-wheeler
• Male candidates preferred
