Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- On-Field Sourcing: Conduct targeted community visits, participate in canopy/kiosk activities, and visit local hubs or training centers to generate leads. [1]
- Bulk & Volume Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-turnover or mass-hiring roles (e.g., delivery riders, warehouse staff, retail, or facility management). [1, 2]
- Screening & Onboarding: Conduct immediate, on-site interviews, verify documents, and facilitate joining formalities. [1]
- Local Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local NGOs, and employment agencies to create a steady pipeline of talent. [1]
- Reporting: Track and maintain daily reports on field activities, candidate statuses, and hiring metrics using MS Excel or Google Sheets. [1]
