Role SummaryWe are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales and client relationships across Chennai. You will meet builders, developers, and real estate businesses, understand their requirements, pitch Findbhk.com’s listing/lead solutions, and close deals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential clients (builders, developers, real estate firms) across Chennai.
• Conduct field visits, meetings, and product demos to explain Findbhk.com offerings.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure renewals and upsells.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable listing/marketing packages.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, follow up regularly, and close opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations/marketing) for onboarding and campaign execution.
• Share daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, conversions, and collections (if applicable).
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel across Chennai and meeting clients daily.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones/apps (WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/CRM).
• Two-wheeler with valid license is preferred.
