Field Sales Executive – Beanies Pet FoodCompany: Auro Pet Management Services Pvt. Ltd.

Role Type: Full-time, field sales
About the Role: We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to help expand Beanies Pet Food across Chennai. The role involves visiting pet shops, supermarkets, veterinary clinics, groomers, and other retail outlets to introduce our products, take orders, build relationships, and ensure regular repeat sales.
Key Responsibilities: Visit retail outlets, pet stores, veterinary clinics and grooming centres across assigned areas in Chennai.
Introduce Beanies Pet Food and explain the product range, pricing, margins and benefits to retailers.
Generate new leads and onboard new stores.
Take orders from existing and new retailers.
Follow up for repeat orders and maintain regular relationships with shop owners.
Coordinate with the internal team for stock availability, delivery and billing.
Track daily visits, orders, feedback and market updates.
Ensure proper product display and visibility wherever possible.
Support collections and payment follow-ups when required.
Share competitor information, retailer feedback and market observations.
Requirements: Prior experience in field sales, FMCG sales, pet product sales, retail sales or distributor sales is preferred.
Must be comfortable travelling daily across Chennai.
Two-wheeler is preferred.
Should be confident in speaking to retailers and shop owners.
Basic Tamil is required; basic English is an advantage.
Must be disciplined, punctual and target-oriented.
Should be comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets/basic reporting tools.
Compensation: Fixed salary + travel allowance + performance incentives.
