About the Role:
Ninjacart is seeking motivated and ambitious professionals to join its Sales & Distribution team. This role is critical in strengthening the farm-to-retail supply chain by onboarding retail outlets, managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and improving retailer profitability within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently onboard and manage retail outlets in the assigned region
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Gather customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and seasonal demand
• Optimize product assortment and pricing strategies for better margins
