Job Overview
Launmark India Pvt Ltd is seeking dynamic and result-driven individuals to join our growing team. This is a mandatory field-based role, requiring daily travel and direct customer engagement to promote our industry-leading machinery solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
Field Engagement: Execute daily customer visits and identify potential market opportunities.
Lead Conversion: Generate enquiries and convert leads into successful sales orders.
Product Advocacy: Clearly communicate machinery features and technical benefits to clients.
Reporting: Maintain disciplined daily reporting of field activities and conversions.
Requirements
Experience: Freshers or 0–1 year experience.
Education: Plus Two / Degree / Diploma.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory. Knowledge of the local city language is an added advantage.
Attributes: Strong convincing skills, self-motivated, and a positive attitude toward field-based work.
Compensation & Benefits
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Package Includes: Food, Travel, and Recharge allowances plus Performance-based Incentives.
