Field Sales Executive

Role: Work-from-office (30%) + Field Sales

Designation: Field Sales Executive / Sales Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 CTC per month

Incentives: Based on performance

Shift: General (Day Shift)

Location: Tamil Nadu ( Chennai, Salem, Namakkal & Tuticorin)

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years (Freshers interested in field sales will be considered)

Key Responsibilities

 *  Conduct field visits to onboard customers and promote FASTag (QR) solutions.

 *  Explain product features, benefits, and the application process to customers.

 *  Maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating leads through field activities.

 *  Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

 *  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

 *  Provide after-sales customer support when required.

Skills & Qualifications

 *  Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Experience Mandatory with all relevant Documents) or Graduate preferred.

 *  Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

 *  Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting customers regularly.

 *  Self-motivated and target driven.

 *  Basic understanding of banking products (preferred but not mandatory).
